Retourneren mag bij &C binnen 30 dagen nadat je de items ontvangen hebt. Ben je op het item gaan zitten, heeft je cavia er een hap uit genomen of heeft je schoonmoeder er koffie over gemorst? Helaas, alle items moeten zich in originele staat verkeren, inclusief (prijs)kaartjes en mogen niet gewassen zijn. Kosten voor de retourzending worden niet vergoed door &C. Wij schatten dat de verzendkosten maximaal € 6,95 zullen bedragen. Je ontvangt het retourbedrag (inclusief leveringskosten voor de heenzending) zo snel mogelijk terug op je rekening, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen.
